Anne creates customized workout plans following an initial assessment based on how clients move, their health, exercise and injury history and the client’s goals. Monthly Package includes: - An initial personal training assessment appointment. - Two, 1-hour personal training sessions per week. - Initial nutrition coaching assessment appointment. - Two, one hour nutrition sessions per month. - Habit coaching. - Accountability. - Daily reminders. - Weekly check-ins. - Meal tracking. - Email and text support, as needed. - Help with recipes, learning how to meal plan and meal prep, choosing healthy options at restaurants and creating a healthy grocery shopping list. Cost: $815 for the first month and $715 per month after that.
