Anne creates customized workout plans following an initial assessment based on how clients move, their health, exercise and injury history and the client’s goals. The initial assessment also includes body weight and measurements.
Monthly Package includes:
- An initial personal training assessment appointment.
- Two, 1-hour personal training sessions per week.
- Habit coaching.
- Daily reminders.
- Weekly check-ins.
- Meal tracking.
- Email and text support, as needed.
Cost: $570 first month and $520 per month after.
